About us
Beginnings in 1991 with the establishment of Juraj Mačaj SHR, which began to cultivate fields in Kralova pri senci on an area of 50 Ha. The Vegetable Producers Organisation itself was established in 2004, and today cultivates over 14,000 hectares in the Bratislava and Trnava regions.
The capacity of the packing plant is up to 500 tonnes per day, the packing plant runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It includes an automated washing machine with a capacity of over 20 tonnes per hour. The packing plant operates on the basis of waste minimisation and ecology, defective and unsaleable products are utilised in a biogas plant, which supplies the packing plant with electricity.
The location of our fields is characterized by a warm climate, availability of irrigation water and a wide variety of soil types.
Guaranteed freshness thanks to fast delivery within 24 hours of harvest. Our partners are the most famous supermarket chains.

Vegetables that are not immediately packed and shipped to customers after washing are stored in state-of-the-art warehouses to ensure their original freshness.
In addition to the Slovak market, we also regularly supply the Czech and Hungarian markets, with a view to expanding to more European countries in the future. Occasionally, our products also go to Western European countries such as Germany or France.

12 growers in the Rye Island and Povazie region, where there is a dry and warm continental climate, excellent availability of irrigation water and a wide variety of soil types. This allows for a rich and high quality harvest as well as a diverse range of crops.
