Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Protection

In relation to personal data protection, you have certain rights. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via email at matajs@zeleninarska.sk. You have the right to information, which we fulfill through this information page on personal data processing principles.

Thanks to your right of access, you can ask us at any time and we will provide you with information within 30 days about what personal data we process and why. If something changes for you and your data is outdated or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data updated and changed.

You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, or that we are processing it unlawfully but you do not want all data to be deleted, or if you object to the processing. You can restrict the scope of personal data or the purposes of processing.

If you wish to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as in the case of exercising your right of access. The only difference is that we will provide you with the information in a machine-readable format. The same 30-day period applies here.
